UFO Sighting in Bacolod - approx. 10pm, May 29th '08

At approximately 10:00 pm, I spotted a UFO in the Eastern sky of Bacolod City. I was driving on my way home along Burgos Road (eastward going to Lopue's) when I noticed an unusual glow in the night sky. It was too bright and its position was too low to be any kind of celestial body. It wasn't an aircraft because it remained stationary.
